  • Fresh lime juice: 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Canola oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander: 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Kesher salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper: ½ teaspoon

2. Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to about 37oF
  • Cover the sheet pan with the aluminum foll and set it aside
