  • Ground meat: ½ recipe – about 1 ¾ pounds
  • Dijon mustard: 1 tablespoon
  • Ketchup: 3 tablespoons
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 teaspoon

  • Preheat the oven to about 425 degrees, with rack in the center position. Then, gently mix meat and mustard together. Put the meat mixture into the 4-by-8 inch oval (about 1 ½ inches thick) on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • After that, combine Worcestershire and ketchup in the small bowl before brushing over the surface of meatloaf to coat. Then, bake, remember to rotate halfway through, till jut cooked through and the instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reaches about 160 degrees, from 40-45 minutes.
