7. Unpasteurized Milk
You should not drink unpasteurized or raw milk, such as goats’ or sheep’s milk. Besides, or any food made of them like soft goats’ cheese should also be avoided. If there is just raw or green-top milk, then you should boil it first.
8. Raw Shellfish
