7. Tomato Juice

Tomato juice could be used to shrink the pores and bloc the ducts that secrete sweat, thanks to the astringent properties. Moreover, it is rich in antioxidants, thereby helping in regulating the sweat glands.

  • You can drink 1 cup of fresh tomato juice every day for about 1 week. After that, you can decrease the dosage to about 1 cup every other day for another week.
  • For a more effective result, you should apply tomato juice on the skin areas where you sweat a lot, before taking a bath. Leave it on your skin for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off in the shower. Apply this method every day till you notice positive changes in your sweating problems.

In order to make deodorant, you can put about 3 teaspoons of the extra-virgin coconut oil with 2 teaspoons of shea butter in the bowl. Then, microwave that mixture for 1 minute to let it melts. After that, you mix in 2 tsps of arrowroot powder, 3 tsps of baking soda, and several drops of an essential oil of your own choice.
